San Diego Gas and Electric (SDG&E)
 

SDG&E serves San Diego County and Southern Orange County. This includes: La Jolla, Oceanside, Escondido, El Cajon, San Clemente, Rancho Bernardo, Julian, Vista, San Marcos, Poway, and others. SDG&E relies on the tiered rate structure.

In addition, rates vary between summer and winter months. Summer is considered May 1-October 1 and winter is considered November 1-April 30.
